Appointments Policy

For acupuncture treatment to be effective, it is paramount that you attend your regular appointments.

• Please arrive 5-10 minutes early. The clinic is busy and we cannot guarantee that late arrivals can be seen.
• To cancel or reschedule your appointment, we need at least 24-HOURS notice so that we can offer your appointment to someone else.
• If you cancel late, or miss your appointment, it will count towards the total number of appointments available to you.
• After two late cancellations or missed appointments we will discharge you from the service.

Note that you will be discharged from the service:

• After 2 missed appointments or late cancellations (less than 24 hours).
• After 3 cancelled or rescheduled appointments (even if cancelled on time).
• If you are consistently late for your appointments.
